If like us you’re fans of The Hills you’ll know that it was the end of an era on Sunday as in the final episode of the series we bid farewell to star of the show, Lauren Conrad.
Since leaving the show Lauren has been busily promoting her first book ‘L.A. Candy’ and recent reports suggest she will be resurrecting her fashion line reflecting the star’s ‘pure Californian style’ – we can’t wait!
The final episode also saw Heidi and Spencer, affectionately known as Speidi, officially tie the knot in a lavish ceremony in front of 200 guests! Heidi wore a $19,000 dress with close to $1.2 million worth of jewellery – don’t get us wrong we love a bit of bling but sometimes less can be more!
Replacing Lauren is her Laguna Beach rival, Kristin Cavallari, if you’ve followed Lauren since her Laguna days you’ll know the history behind these two! Kristin made an entrance at Speidi’s wedding squeezing herself next to Audrina’s ex-boyfriend Justin Bobby and scrambling to the front to secure catching Heidi’s bouquet!

im so sad laurens gone the hills wont be the same without her. The hills is nothing without Lauren so i will be surprised if it will be any good next season. I love laurens style too

I love the hills!! Lauren is amazing and the show will not be the same without her!! As for Kristin i think she will defo be string up some trouble although i doubt it will have as many viewers without the georgous Lauren! x
Am devestated Laurens leaving she was the star of the show… Luurrvee her sense of style. As for Kristin she is nasttayyy, she doesnt compare with lauren. Seen a taster to the new series it seems interesting ‘ Your messing with wrong girl’ ha ha ha its going to be rocky and outrageous. Audrina is way better looking than her, after all the guys she dated Justin was far the best looking but he had a crappy attitude which stinks. she Can do way better than him after all thiers plenty of fishes in the sea. I watched both the Hills and Laguna beach and I muxt say its an absolute muct see for people around my age (15) and even a lot older, Lauren is just a normal girl with the same problems all us girls have and I think thats why we can relate to her and even though I am absolutley gutted that she’s left I belive she did it for the right reasons. I read that she felt like a cast and not a group of friends anymore which is not how they started and I think for her to stand up and say look this isn’t right then thats something that we should again look up to her for, and as for Kristin I can’t say i’m looking forward to her being in the Hills, why the producers thought it was a good idea to bring Laurens rival in I don;t understand but I guess that shows their loyalty to Lauren and how much The Hills have turned into a money making drama show rather than a group of friends tryng to start their lives.
That being said I LOVE The Hills and won’t stop watching it just because Laurens left I will start to watch it to see what its like without her but no one can live up to her part in it. xxx
